Company Summary Job Summary The First American Quality Assurance Manager will manage a team responsible for developing, driving and implementing a high-level Quality strategy. Work with business and development teams to understand product vision and requirements. Oversee the development and execution of test plans and monitor and report on test execution. Will consider remote candidates on the West Coast/Pacific Time Zone. Essential Functions Drives improvements to test framework architecture and test coverage. Works across engineering to inject testing earlier into the software development process. Drives adoption of best practices in code health, testing, testability and maintainability (clean code, test pyramid). Tracks test gaps, quality, and productivity metrics. Works with other engineering teams to improve gaps from this data. Recommends improvements into overall best practices, design, testability and quality and productivity. Recruits Engineers, grows the team and stays in step with the hiring plan. Conducts employee performance reviews and provides ongoing performance feedback through coaching. Approves hiring and compensation decisions. Has responsibility for developing the capabilities of senior level direct reports. Holds regular 1:

Review and approve verification and validation protocols and reports for completeness and accuracy. $200K -- $250K
