Job Summary Job Profile Summary Lead Lean Six Sigma process improvement and use analytical acumen to assist partners and stakeholders to deliver flawlessly executed processes and drive business results and deliver value. Provides full cycle leadership to identify improvement opportunities, build consensus to define a problem, create a team, perform root cause analysis and selection of a sustainable solution, followed by implementation & controls for business results. Essential Functions Create and lead Lean Six Sigma based improvement projects to achieve challenging business results Define and lead programs and projects, aligning project pipeline to business objectives and annual financial goals/targets Drive process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes to delight our clients Create and validate processes & the supporting technology Teach and mentor others in Lean, Six Sigma methodology, ensuring the deployment, development, and ongoing sustainment of process/performance excellence at site locations Define and improve critical metrics, analytics, dashboards for business effectiveness and oversight Analyze, identify, and correct data issues with systems used or owned by a department Identify and implement process improvements driving issue resolution/risk mitigation activities Track and resolve defects and process breakdowns Understand customers' needs and the process drivers of satisfaction Develop and maintain formal process documentation including procedures and process flow diagrams Provide reporting to leadership and other stakeholders on process/performance excellence progress and results Apply statistical analysis to determine the relationships between key inputs and process outputs Implement controls to sustain gains Job Complexities Works on highly complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires significant originality and an in-depth evaluation of various factors from qualitative and quantitative variables Exercises extreme judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used Strong influencing skills and effective communication at all levels, building win-win partnerships with multiple stakeholders and adapting to and managing change in a fast paced, dynamic environment Ability to communicate complex business/technical challenges in a simplified manner using superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities Solid understanding of business processes for critical functional areas (Agile Software delivery and Digital transformation) with strong facilitation skills Process mapping and application of appropriate improvement methodologies and tools (DMAIC, DFSS, Design thinking) Ability to apply skills in project management, process management, change management and statistical analysis Typical Education Normally requires BS Degree or equivalent work experience Master's Degree in related business or science preferred Typical Range of Experience Minimum 8
years as a full-time BB with hands-on Lean expertise Minimum 5

$80K -- $100K
