Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Director to lead First American's Enterprise Architecture team. This role will join Business Technology Solutions (corporate IT's) leadership team to shape and drive the development and execution of our organization's technology strategy. You will report to the Vice President of Strategy and Innovation and lead a team of global enterprise architects and establish a broader community of architects to establish a modern Enterprise Architecture practice. You and your team will be key strategic leaders guiding BTS through our modernization initiatives of existing systems and build new platform solutions. You will drive internal technology choices, architectural governance, IT technology standards and domain specific technology roadmaps. This role will own and provide technical leadership across all enterprise application architecture working closely with product teams. You will establish a modern Architecture Review Board and work closely with our Information Security leaders to lead the evaluation of new applications and platforms. You will define our enterprise services-based architecture, standards for integration, guidelines on technology stack, common frameworks/components and standards on engineering excellence and the Agile Software Delivery Process (Agile SDLC).
Responsibilities:
Lead the vision of strategic technology solutions and establish/operationalize architecture review board/processes that fit the business' needs Develop long-term strategies and roadmaps to simplify, modernize and digitize the portfolio of technology products. Utilize data centric designs that provide modern cloud-based architectures interfaced with a quality API strategy. Develop and maintain an architecture blueprint for an identified portfolio of business applications related to a value stream or a set of business or technology capabilities. Partner across divisions and functional units to reduce overall complexity of our technical environments and focus on improving the value of our customer experiences. Lead appropriate architecture work streams (infrastructure, technology, application, data, information, etc.) in developing long term strategies/plans (architecture blueprints/roadmaps). Design and oversee the development and implementation of policies, architectural standards, design patterns, reference architecture, documentation, and architecture tools. Implement and maintain an enterprise architecture platform/tool; establish a business capability framework Optimize technology spend; develop and implement a total cost of ownership strategy and framework Ensure solutions are designed for high availability, disaster recovery, business continuity, supportability and deploy-ability, in accordance with the level of risk the business is willing to accept. When necessary, prove technology solutions through POCs. Assist product management with alignment of solution and technology roadmaps. Determine strategic investment profile; balance of build vs innovation, vs technical debt vs maintenance Develop architectural metrics and reports for the executive team, business and IT leadership Management and Leadership Qualifications Innovative thinker who remains flexible and maintains the ability to manage change among varied resources. years leading technical teams Minimum of a combined 15 years' experience working as:
an architect and/or engineer; collective experience in the application of architecture, enterprise roadmaps, analytics, cloud, IT strategies, innovation, SAFE, TOGAF and data integration concepts and methodologies 5
years working with DevSecOps and modern development tools and processes. Experience working with two major architecture subject areas for 5
years (business, information, technology, etc.) and work experience within two major industries. 5
years with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Minimum 3 years with value stream and business capability modeling Broad knowledge of Cloud and related technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) Experience with Microsoft applications and enterprise platforms License or Certification TOGAF AWS Azure Open CA Degrees Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical competency required:
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Management Information Systems. Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
