Product Mission Deliver continuous value to internal and external (customer) users by building, delivering, and enhancing product features and designs to facilitate 1031 Exchanges. Simplify the complex through intuitive, responsive design, automation tools and streamlined workflows. Role Summary Be a key part of our digital evolution. We want an experienced Product Manager who understands and has lived the full product lifecycle multiple times, but really thrives in optimizing products and experiences. Focus on what's next by defining the epics/features and be a leader for your squad (sprint team.) These optimizations will require the ability to collect and critically analyze a number of inputs, including:
Customer & Employee Usage Product & Business Analytics Additional Stakeholder Inputs (including executives, customer support reps, designers, engineers, researchers and more!) It will then be your responsibility to prioritize and oversee the strategy, design, and build of the updates that will have the most positive impact on the product's existing features. In this role, you will lead a team of First American Exchange in-house and outsourced engineers and collaborate with designers through the ongoing process of making the product and its current features the best it can possibly be, while managing and communicating roadmaps, risks, and timelines to various stakeholders in the organization. You will join a great team of collaborators and other managers who each own a key piece of the puzzle. You will be the primary owner of the platform. Responsibilities and Duties As a product manager of First American Exchange Co., you are responsible for overall product guidance, vision, prioritization, planning, and stakeholder communication where it pertains to improving its existing features, flows and experiences. Define the core requirements of what is most critical for your team of engineers. Part front end, back-end and integrations, you'll have the know-how to guide the team to success. You've got to be a quick study and become a domain expert in the areas required for your product areas in 1031 Exchange:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
