Essential Functions:
The Operations Finance Manager is a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP) team, reporting to the Head of FP This newly created role will be responsible for supporting and developing new and existing operational initiatives to drive gross margin expansion and revenue growth across the company's 14 different P Accurate forecasting and the ability to impact the numbers through action are critical skills for this role, as well as having a knack for teaching and training others. It is also important that the candidate has experience in the manufacturing industry.This is a high visibility role and the candidate must be able to complete assignments with tight deadlines and communicate results to the executive management team. Assignments will range in scope but will follow the ultimate goal of driving actions to improve the financial results of the company.Skills & QualificationsStrong financial operations experience in the manufacturing industryStrong cost accounting backgroundKnowledge of accounting systems, ERPsystems, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and financialreportingSome experience with OneStream or another leading financial consolidation system, such as Hyperion Financial Management Expert with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExcellent problem solving abilities through cross-functional collaborationAbility to communicate with people at all levels throughout the organization, including executive managementAbility to balance multiplepriorities and adjust workload as neededAbility to work under tightdeadlinesAbility to travel up to 40%Required Experience & Education12

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
