(Company name to be disclosed) is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic landscape Account Manager to lead our team in achieving its objectives of service quality, project retention and company growth.
We are seeking an experienced leader who can create positive lasting client relationships through great service and communication.
You will be responsible for:
Client satisfaction, developing and maintaining long term customer relationships Preform site inspection reports and walk throughs with clients to ensure service quality Proactively prepare and present landscape enhancement ideas to clients Effectively and safely manage multiple crews and equipment Documentation of staff payroll, invoicing, proposals, punch lists and misc.
reporting Attendance at community board meetings and events as needed Scheduling and completion of Work Orders, Punch List items and Extra Work projects Growing your project portfolio Hiring, managing, training and coaching staff Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of landscape industry experience Excellent English communication skills.
