We are looking for a positive team-player, who is able to work proficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The Warehouse Associate ensures the efficient and accurate fulfillment of orders by stocking, picking and shipping inventory.
Receiving experience is preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all items in the warehouse are appropriately received and stored.
Inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
Pulling and packaging orders efficiently and accurately.
Trouble-shoots and assists with solving problems encountered with scanners, software, computers, and printers.
Works closely with other Pickers / Packers and double checks accuracy.
Keep warehouse clean and organized Qualifications Excellent team skills to be able to work with others.
Must be highly motivated and highly organized.
Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
Excellent attendance record and signs of previous position longevity.
Extreme attention to detail and excellent with time-management.
Must be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous industry experience with order picking and fulfillment is preferred.
Ability to learn new warehouse management software Working conditions This position typically includes working from Monday through Friday from 6:
00AM to 2:
30PM.
Must be flexible to work overtime, if needed.
Occasional Saturday and/or Sunday shifts may be required especially during holiday season.
Physical requirements This position requires the capability of lifting up to 55-65 pounds.
Must be able to efficiently work in the normal conditions of a warehouse:
concrete floors, noise, and working around large machinery (fork-lifts).
Requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, carry and lift merchandise on a regular basis.
Must be able to stand/walk for the length of the shift.
Must be able to reach for items on shelves using a step-stool and be able to climb ladders and stairs while carrying merchandise.
Ability to type on a keyboard.
