Position Summary The Environmental Health and Safety Manager is responsible for providing environmental health and safety support to the operations and will ensure that all practices are in compliance with company policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following Practice safe working techniques and reinforce the safety policies, guidelines, and procedures as set out by the company.
Assist with maintaining emergency plans and procedures.
Review accidents and incidents that occur in the area of responsibility and conduct field audits, reporting and managing corrective actions.
Maintain filing systems regarding worker training and safety.
Lead the Emergency Response Team and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Travel to satellite sites as required.
Responsible for coordinating regulatory programs and its applications and help support the compliance process.
Supervisory Responsibilities The Environmental Health and Safety Manager does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Minimum 5 years' experience in an EHS Safety Role.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Education and/or Experience Minimum high school diploma or GED Bachelor's degree (B.

) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office including Excel and Word) are essential.
Other All other duties as assigned.
