Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls for product and service questions; suggesting information about other products.
Respond to email correspondence quickly and competently.
Processing, picking and packaging orders.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Be a multi-tasker, switching between multiple screens and programs with speed and ease in order to provide quick and accurate information.
Qualifications:
A pleasant, friendly attitude with an ability to adapt to change.
Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Flexible Schedules Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
