Job Summary The Program Manager, Client Services plays a critical leadership role overseeing the social impact consulting division of Charitable Ventures.
Leading a growing an dynamic team of employees in a vibrant, hybrid environment that provide grant, evaluation, strategic planning and other services to Charitable Ventures' nonprofit clients.
This team includes both full/part-time employees who work a hybrid or fully remote schedule.
Management of Client Services (50%) The Program Manager is responsible for the smooth functioning of the Client Services department and must:
Ensure the provision of quality services to clients, in collaboration with Charitable Ventures leadership and staff.
Monitor and utilize project management tools to develop staff assignments, implement monthly production plans, and capture accurate time keeping for invoices.
Monitor provision of contract deliverables.
Support quality assurance to increase client impact and satisfaction.
Collaborate with Finance Department on budgeting and billing as related to Client Services.
Plan and facilitate training and planning meetings for Client Services team as needed and appropriate.
Provide reports and analyze data to revenue and business goals are achieved Strategy and Support of Client Experience (15%) The Program Manager will strategize and support client services and must:
With the Client Services Team, advise and assist clients in identifying service strategies that will result in achieved revenue goals.
Help clients connect to other CV services that can strengthen their organizational goals and needs.
Support business development efforts to attract, cultivate, and secure new business, and help prepare proposals for prospective clients.
Leadership & People Management (25%) The Program Manager will manage and support the Client Services team, promote cross-department synergy, and advocate for the mission, vision, values and culture of the organization and must:
With support from HR, manage and build Client Services team, and providing performance guidance to ensure best service to projects.
Manage division performance objectives as detailed by annual business plan.
Collaborate with other managers to support cross-functionality across departments Support CV leadership efforts to create a transparent, equitable & engaged working environment, including adherence to and promotion of company values.
General Company Activities and Support (10%) What are the desired qualifications? Education:
Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science, Public Policy, Nonprofit Management, Business, or related field required, and/or commensurate work experience in the nonprofit sector.
Graduate degree preferred.
Experience:

years of active program management and/or program development, including experience in supervising staff and leading a team, required.
Compensation Commensurate with experience, education, and market ($75,000- $85,000) Benefits All employees:
