Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer related phone inquiries and ensure that any questions or issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly.
Schedule appointments between customers and our design consultants.
Confirm scheduled appointments.
Respond to email correspondence from customers and internal team members Stay up to date with all company procedures/ protocol pertaining to the call center Experience & Skills:
Customer service/phone presence.
Ability to type at least 50 WPM.
Problem-solving mentality with ability to remain both calm and positive under pressure.

This position is a entry-level, full-time role that offers competitive compensation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
