The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that patients are comfortable, their rooms are stocked with everything they need, and any questions they have are answered by their doctors.
We're looking for a professional who has experience in medical/cosmetic settings, excellent time management skills, a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, and sales experience is nice but not required.
This job may require you to work our San Clemente location to cover if there is a staff shortage.
Responsibilities:
High level of customer service with a friendly, bubbly, welcoming attitude for patients Enthusiastic, Efficient multi-line phone answering Scheduling patient appointments Taking payment for treatments Composing and selling quotes Punctual, reliable, and ability to work independently Perform administrative tasks.
Ability to communicate in both English & Spanish helpful, but not mandatory Room patients and clean rooms Job Type:
