As a dispatcher, you will ensure that all of our drivers and equipment are strategically managed for optimal efficiency.
You will plan accordingly to where job sites are, how long a project needs our equipment, and how they are going to get there.
Essential Job Duties:
Answer phone calls regarding orders Input orders and call offs of rental equipment Collaborate with office managers on planning decisions Provide quality customer service Gather information from sales reps for the orders Coordinate timeline and equipment with drivers Utilize Point of Rental System to organize the different orders Job Requirements Prior dispatch experience, desired Able to communicate with all team levels Attention to detail Leadership and follow up skills Organized with ability to handle multiple tasks Has a sense of urgency mentality Willing to take initiative and work as a team Problem solver Computer literate Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
