Customer Service Responsibilities list:
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, or in-person Provide accurate and timely information about our products or services Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to higher-level support when necessary Maintain customer records and update relevant information in our database Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction Requirements High school degree Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Job:
