MAS FINANCIAL SERVICES MAS FINANCIAL SERVICES Santa Ana, CA Santa Ana, CA Full-time Full-time $18 - $22 an hour $18 - $22 an hour 20 hours ago 20 hours ago 20 hours ago Basic Responsibilities Make collection calls and/or write correspondence Provide professional customer service regarding collection issues Process and review account adjustments Resolve customer discrepancies and short payments Monitor and maintain assigned accounts Meet department defined department goals and activity metrics Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary Enlist the efforts of supervisors/management when necessary to accelerate the collection process Must communicate & follow up effectively with customer accounts in a timely manner Skills & Qualifications Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer proficiency Ability to work in a fast paced goal oriented collections department Strong organizational , negotiation, and problem solving skills Working knowledge of company policies and procedures Commitment to excellent customer service Previous customer service experience a plus Bilingual English / Spanish High school diploma 2 Years of prior auto finance experience Company Benefits 401K Medical, Optional life insurance Paid holidays Paid vacation and sick days Company Profile MAS Financial is a family-owned sub-prime auto finance company located in Santa Ana, California.
