Job DescriptionSenior Director, Corporate Finance Growing healthcare company looking for a Senior Director, Corporate Finance to join their busy healthcare facility located near Anaheim.
Review, analyze, and make recommendations for financial statements, financial planning, budgets, and internal controls.
Monitor the organization's adherence to budgets and provide senior management with various statistical reports on productivity, cost efficiency, and other fiscal matters.
Work closely with the executive team, finance/accounting team, and clinical providers utilizing experience in the healthcare industry.
Must be familiar with capital markets, corporate M&A, and raising capital/financing through various contacts, and partners.
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or 6
years of equivalent experience preferred.
3
years of experience in a health care setting and 4
years management experience also preferred.
CPA, CFA or MBA strongly preferred.
