Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Issue Resolution:
Listen actively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Product/Service Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to accurately address customer questions and provide relevant information.
Communication:
