The Technical Alignment Manager (TAM) plays a critical role in ensuring that the technical components of the program are aligned with Numa's standards and the workflow of the client.
The TAM works closely with the vCIO and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and road map the implementation of these improvements.
