As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in contributing to our overall success by working with a great team within a great organization.
The ideal team member will possess the following
Qualifications:
At least 2 years' experience using an ERP system Possesses a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
Demonstrates excellent data entry accuracy and effective communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) Proficiency in the use of computers and software (Excel, Word, e-mail, web browsers, etc.
) Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail skills Accountability, initiative, and a high level of ownership Ability to thrive under pressure Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Sort and organize hard copies after entering data electronically Receive, review, and enter data into the computer database according to established policies and procedures, ensuring data integrity Directs unresolved issues and requests to the appropriate designated resource.
Ability to learn and follow procedures and policies Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by the supervisor Reports to Customer Service Supervisor Job Type:
