Seeking a skilled and motivated accounting assistant to oversee and maintain financial records for my two businesses.
The position is part-time and all tasks will be performed onsite at our Santa Ana office.
You will be primarily responsible for invoicing and managing accounts payable/receivable for both businesses.
You will work directly with my bookkeepers and myself to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
The 2 businesses I own and operate are Proven Promotions and Vorgee USA.
