Engineering Program Management
Akkodis is seeking a highly experienced engineering and manufacturing professional to support hydrogen fueling project planning and oversight.
The successful candidate will be self-driven and exhibit high attention to detail.
Have an analytical mindset and a proven record of success in previous program management positions.
Focus is on meeting technology goals and time horizons for current and upcoming projects.

Anticipated, 10 - 15% will be spent outside of the company office at project sites.
Engineering Program Management Oversees multiple projects with respect to resources, time, and budget including:
Research & Development Product Engineering Manufacturing Field Support Partnership liaising (private and government) Generating roadmaps and detailed plans with respect to resources, time, and budget in order to meet organizational goals Support the Government Affairs and Grants Department to complete public funding applications and support generally with technical assistance for our policy guidance efforts Interface with accounting and procurement to facilitate seamless reporting and billing for private and government funded projects Take primary responsibility for representing the engineering department with respect to critical relationships which facilitate our engineering and manufacturing efforts.
Directly field inquiries and manage communication for private and government project agreements.
Aggregate reporting for the engineering group on a qualitative and quantitative (KPI) basis Preparing applications, budgets, and operational documentation for government funded projects together with the accounting and grant departments Cost modeling Macro modelling of return on R&D expenditure Macro modeling of return on manufacturing expenditure Data collection & analytics Ensure appropriate data is collected and reported for engineering program expenditure justification
Responsibilities:
Maintain resource planning and projections for the engineering and manufacturing group Manage critical internal and external relations for the department Government project application, operation, and reporting Partnership engagement, operation, and reporting Help ensure cohesive workflow within the department to achieve common goals.
