As a Construction Administration Assistant, you'll provide home office based support to crews in the field.
You'll use your high attention to detail to support the Project Managers and Estimators from pre-construction to closeout.

Key Responsibilities Documentation Management:
Organize and maintain all project-related documents, including contracts, permits, plans, and specifications.
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and formatting project documents such as reports, plans, and correspondence.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as a point of contact for project-related communications and inquiries, both internally and externally.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and conference calls, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, such as meeting minutes.
Assist in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Team Support:
Provide administrative support to the project team, including arranging travel, accommodations, and other logistical needs.
Assist the Project Manager as directed.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and regulations.
Support the preparation and submission of project-related compliance documents.
Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Technical Skills Proficient with computer applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint What We Offer Pay:
