We are currently looking to add to our Customer Service Positions! We are seeking strong minded, highly self motivated individuals with attention to detail who are looking to grow within our Company.

At Warranty Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our success-driven Customer Service/Verification Department.
The primary role of our agent will be to verify Customer's information via script at the end of the sale to ensure all information is accurate and up to date for the Administrator of the policy and the Customer.
As a verification agent, you will:
Verify Customer's information via script at the end of the sale to ensure all information is accurate and up to date for the Administrator Communicate effectively with customers via phone calls.
Be an active listener when communicating with customers to understand and overcome any last their concerns or objections that may be presented.
Audit all sales files daily to ensure information is properly input Ability to multi-task in a fast paced inbound environment Follow up with customers to collect any missing information related to the policy Requirements:
High School Diploma Reliable( Transportation/Attendance is a must) THIS IS AN IN OFFICE JOB Bilingual (not required) Written and communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks effectively (required) Previous Call Center Experience Preferred (1
year) Experience in VSC's (optional) Job Type:
