Legal experience is a plus but not required, as we are willing to provide training.

Responsibilities:
Front Desk Presence:
Greet and assist clients and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
Phone Management:
Operate a multi-line phone system, answer calls, take messages, and route calls to the appropriate staff members.
Data Entry:
Assist with filing and data entry tasks to maintain organized records.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support as needed, which may include organizing files, handling mail, and assisting with office tasks.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic are essential.
M nimum of 4 years of clerical experience.
Legal experience is a PLUS.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
