Work closely with the Director of Finance on compliance matters as they relate to the administration of specialty programs of the organization including social enterprise, 1099 hiring,business license requirements etc.
Ensure the agency is meeting its training requirements annually.
Assist the Associate Executive Director in managing the Risk Management function of the organization by performing reviews of high-risk areas and maintaining risk management matrix document.
Assist the Director of Operations in the review of grant proposals to ensure they meet our compliance standards and are aligned with our community impact goals and strategies.
Complete work in accordance with policies and regulations.
Assist the Director of Finance in maintaining grant reporting and compliance calendar to ensure that finance and other groups meet reporting requirements.
Be trained as the backup for critical Human Resources functions including but not limited to payroll processing, Ktime change entry and training tracking.
Support the Community Relations Manager in preparing community events.
Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across divisions with a diverse staff.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work professionally and calmly under pressure.
Commitment to excellence and to the mission of Project Kinship Must complete a Live Scan Background Check.
Attention to detail, strong analytical, organization and communication skills, and solid recordkeeping are a must.
Ability to successfully work on a range of assignments and prioritize evolving tasks.
Ability to maintain a time efficient process of gathering/incorporating feedback from many authority sources.
Consistently produce high-quality, accurate, and user-friendly reports, updates, and presentations.
