Director of Operations

We are looking for a Director of Operations who excels in inspiring and leading staff in the hotel/resort industry.
This position will oversee multiple locations.
The candidate we are looking for must possess exceptional employee relations and management skills.
As a Director of Operations, you will be responsible for providing leadership and associate satisfaction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Manage General Managers Manages financial performance of hotels in portfolio by analyzing and reconciling financial reports, advising on cost control methods, budgeting, and forecasting, and resolving issues.
Implementing business strategies plans and practices Ensures operations standards for each hotel.
Manages the overall operation of our hotels through maintaining cost and quality standards, developing employees and exceeding guests experience.
Control day to day operations costs, revenue, and labor Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Selects, develops, and leads management team.
Ensures brand QA Compliance Requirements include but are not limited to the following:
Bachelor's Degree in business Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel operations and leadership roles Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Multi-unit experience with a branded chain preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Critical thinker and decision maker Proven leadership skills Heavy travel schedule We are an equal opportunity employer.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
