The ideal candidate is organized and highly motivated, with at least two years of experience as a legal assistant in workers' compensation defense.

Qualifications:
Understanding of workers' compensation rules and procedures.
Civil/subrogation experience is a plus.
Ability to calendar events and manage deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and EAMS.
Familiarity with cloud-based case management systems/MerusCase Management a plus.
Leadership experience a plus.
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
