Prior cashiering and/or server experience is required.
Gus's team members must be self-motivated, hardworking and focused individuals.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced dining room that requires strong team members working together in a drama-free manner.
Our average sales generated per a single shift is approximately $800.
High-performing employees will have the opportunity for promotions and raises.
We have many examples of Servers/Cashiers that have been promoted to FOH Shift Leaders and even General Managers.
