What will be the difference that you make for California? Under the direction of the Deputy Chief of Enforcement, with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) Policy and Procedure Analyst/Writer, conducts complex policy and technical analysis, develops, writes and edits policy recommendations, responds to policy inquiries, for the Deputy Chief of Enforcement and the Cal/OSHA executive leadership team to implement new processes or change existing procedures; develops metrics associated with monitoring the progress of procedural changes implemented towards achieving projected goals and findings in a report to the Deputy Chief; responds to written and oral communication that may contain confidential, and sensitive inquiries which involve legislative, media, budget, grants and/or programmatic issues, from members of the public, internal and external stakeholders, and team members, and redirect where appropriate and performed all work in accordance with DIR-DOSH policies, DOSH Compliance Policy and Procedure Manual, Directives, and Memorandums.

2 MacArthur Place Ste 710 Santa Ana CA 92707 Works in an office setting that is air conditioned, with cubicle workstations exposed to natural and artificial lighting.
Daily use of computer, office equipment, and telephone.
Traveling via private, State vehicle, or public transportation (i.

) including overnight travel is required.
