Job Description:
We are currently seeking two dedicated individuals to join our team as Cannabis Production Workers.
One of these positions will serve as a Production Lead, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production process, while the other will work as a Production Worker.
Both roles are integral to our production team and will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.
Responsibilities:
Production Lead (Position 1):
Supervise and lead a team of production workers.
Coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Assist in training new production team members.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Production Worker (Position 2):
Assist in the cultivation, harvesting, and processing of cannabis plants.
Operate machinery and equipment as needed.
Follow established procedures for trimming, packaging, and labeling.
Maintain accurate records of production activities.
Uphold safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Production Lead (Position 1):

years of relevant cannabis production experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of cannabis cultivation and processing.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance.
Production Worker (Position 2):
Previous experience in a production or agricultural setting is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
