We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator/Customer Service representative for our staffing agency in Santa Ana.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, loyal, punctual, and possesses a go-getter attitude.
Previous work experience is preferred but not a requirement, as long as you are willing to learn new skills.
As a coordinator, your duties will include:
prescreening candidates, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, replying to emails, and assisting internal staff with miscellaneous job duties.
You will also help with processing payroll paperwork and updating employee data.
To be considered, you must be bilingual in Spanish and English, a team player with a positive attitude, and possess good attendance and work ethic.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Duties- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitorsQualifications- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively- Proficient in typing and computer literacy- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to provide exceptional customer supportThis position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize work effectively.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
