Success in this position will require meticulous organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to keep a large number of projects/tasks going concurrently.
All potential candidates must be highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn a large amount of technical data in regards to our products.
Strong mathematical skills are required, and those skills will be used daily.
Daily tasks include (and certainly are not limited to):
Organizing Data within Excel sheet, typically for uploading into other platforms.
Generally, this would be working with product information and/or order information.
Tasks will also include working within our CRM-ERP system NetSuite, as well as various back-ends of online storefronts.
Other tasks could involve other administrative-type tasks, as we are a small firm, and employees are expected to wear multiple hats.
At least 2 year's experience in a professional office environment preferred.
Some college coursework required.
Available to commute to our Fountain Valley and Santa Ana locations.
Extensive previous use of Excel is required.
Note an assessment may be given to determine knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
