- Manage setup of CNC machines.
- Communicate with inspection to assist in first article/prototype
- Initiate purchase requests for material and cutting tools
- Fluent in G-Code and CNC Programming of 4 Axis Milling.
- Create CNC programs and produce complex fixtures based on engineering specs.
PREFERRED BACKGROUND:
- Several years experience in a CNC machine shop, technical knowledge of machines and machining practices of castings
- Experience in CNC programming of 4th axis milling of castings technical knowledge of machines and machining
- Knowledge of GD&T, drawings, based on ANSI 14.5 or Mil STD
