About The Position
The Document Management Specialist will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of funded loan documents. As a Document Management Specialist, you will audit accounts post funding to ensure accuracy and compliance, ensure that all new and updated account information is accurately entered in the appropriate database, and perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Responsibilities:
Scan customer account information into the computer database.
Review and Process all DMV related material.
Properly document account information in the appropriate accounts.
Review/audit post account post funding.
File and fax documents.
Accurately input data into the company's customer database.
Communicate with customers regarding account status and resolve questions.
Other duties as assigned.
Strong knowledge of DMV processes.
Minimum of one (1) year of office experience (preferably within the Auto Financing field related to Underwriting and/or Funding).
Strong problem solving skills.
Ability to interact with customers in a professional, tactful and sensitive manner.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
