The candidate will be investigating, evaluating and disposing of new and existing excess layer construction defect claims. Will be preparing needed support document settlements and manage cases assigned. Juris Doctor is preferred. Should have ability to handle complex claims involving diverse coverage issues related to construction defect claims. Strong analytical and organizational skills along with excellent communication, negotiation and investigation skills are required. Coverage background and/or litigation experience are preferred as are computer skills and reinsurance knowledge. Travel is required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
