Our Client located near Santa Ana, CA is looking for a contract Senior Business Systems Analyst with personal insurance industry background. Minimum duration for this engagement will be through first quarter 2015 and likely continue through the entire year for a qualified candidate.

Qualified candidate must be able to:
Lead requirements meetings with 20
participants including some who are remote and participating via phone or via video conference.
Create clear and concise requirements documents and secure approval from key business users.
Work directly with development team members in helping them implement the solution.
Lead meetings, while simultaneously documenting requirements and/or meeting minutes.
Thrive in a high-paced environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical team members.
Learn new subject areas quickly so they can assist in different aspects of the project.
And has experience with:
Agile (SCRUM, XP, etc) and Waterfall methodologies
Microsoft Office (strong to very strong)
Personal Insurance Industry - this is a must-have!
Insurance sales platforms, specifically quoting systems
Process Flows, Gap Analysis, Test Plans

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
