An Orange County based manufacturer of bicycle lights. The products are distributed through a series of industry partnerships and is recognized as a leading manufacturer across the nation. The Customer Support Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's ongoing efforts to promote excellent customer relations and support.
Job
Responsibilities:
-Assist customers with technical support and product recommendations
-Professionally respond to problem by determining the issue, and selecting the best resolutions to quickly resolve product issues or complaints
-Review and process orders by phone, Internet and email to ensure timely shipments
-Record and update customer account information
-Prepare monthly reports
-Miscellaneous tasks as required by the department
Desired Skills and Experience
-Ability to independently seek information and learn quickly
-Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
-Strong sense of situational awareness and accountability
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
-1-3 years customer service or related experience in a business office environment is preferred
-Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Entry level knowledge of accounting software is preferred by not required
Pay: $12 per hour
