Outside Solar Sales - Unlimited Commissions
American Solar Direct - We are seeking to HIRE and TRAIN the right candidates to sell solar energy solutions to homeowners. Candidates will be taught by experts within an industry-leading company, who provide you the techniques, tools, and knowledge necessary to confidently advise and sell customers on the benefits of going solar!
What will you gain from our training?
Learn the necessary skills to sell solar PV energy systems, deliver financial scenarios, and speak on available incentive programs related to solar
Gain additional technical knowledge including sizing, cost estimation, and residential and systems design
Be introduced to industry tools for performing ROI calculations, costs analysis, and sales proposals.
Who would we consider?
Experienced sales professionals looking to break into the solar industry
Experienced solar technicians looking to cross over into sales
Candidates in customer service and retail that want to expand and apply their skill sets towards a growing company and industry
Military Veterans or active duty transitioning into civilian sector
Anyone who feels they're at a dead end and looking for a different new career opportunity in an emerging industry
