Sales Consultant - Word & Brown Medicare Brokerage (2 openings)

Support the sales and broker distribution channel for Word & Brown Medicare Brokerage (WBMB).
Essential Functions: Broker prospecting and recruitment through telemarketing and mail/email campaigns for new broker relationships. Book management with the intent of growing existing pipeline of brokers and increase existing brokers production year over year. Provide steady broker feedback to management with an emphasis on strategic planning, agent Management & unique reporting. Develop relationships with medical groups and providers. Assisting the service team with escalated issues. Participate in joint sessions with other departments. Meet goals and objectives on a monthly basis.

Requirements: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: 3 years of previous industry experience, including Medicare. Self-starter, able to work with little supervision. Organized with ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication skills/Presentation skills. Basic computer experience including proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook. Educational Requirements: High school diploma College preferred Life & Health insurance license Physical Requirements: Must be able to drive own automobile (valid driver's license) Normal sight, hearing and mobility. Able to lift and carry 25-30 lbs.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
