Direct Sales Agent Trainee
Position Description:
The Automobile Club of Southern California has immediate opportunities for motivated individuals to join our exclusive team of Direct Sales Agent Trainees. Our Direct Sales Agents engage in providing high quality sales and service to members in an inside sales call center environment. They demonstrate the ability to multi-task and identify cross-sell opportunities regarding member product needs and service requests. Daily duties include qualifying and quoting prospects, selling all lines of insurance products, following up with members and insured's, and prospecting for new business. You will also be responsible for inspecting related documentation and resolving membership and insurance problems using discretion and independent judgment. Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus. Our door is open to talented sales professionals with the ambition, initiative, self-determination, strong work ethic, career dedication, and winning attitude. Our extensive training program prepares you to sell Auto Club memberships, auto, homeowners, watercraft, and personal umbrella insurance; and become a licensed insurance agent.
Position Requirements:
Sales experience highly preferred. High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus. Ability to qualify for California Personal Lines License. Successful completion of thorough Background Check and pass Drug Screen.
Compensation and
Benefits:
Exclusive recognition programs for top performers. Medical, Dental, Vision, 4011(k) and a pension plan. No overhead expenses. Paid Training and first year compensation averages between $40,000-$80,000.
