Description:
Recruit, Train, Develop New Agents
Conduct daily meetings with the team each morning for the purpose of training and development.
Core sales process and personal production
Meet production standards and guidelines set by management
Service customer service calls or refer to appropriate channel
Requirements: 5 Years Sales Management Experience, proven ability with history for recruiting and team development.
Compensation:
W2 Employee, E&O, Workers Compensation,
$750 Weekly Salary to Start
Overrides and Bonuses
