Would you like to work for caring doctors in a non-stop environment? Have you worked with This group of family and internal medicine doctors is seeking a front office receptionist/scheduler to join their team in their Santa Ana location. Responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, greeting incoming patients, checking in patients, assisting patients with inquiries, scheduling appointments on the computer, and preparing patient charts for the next day. Also, individual may be verifying insurances, obtaining authorizations and processing referrals. The right candidate will have experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment and be ready to come in and run with the position. Must have strong phone skills, excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task, have insurance and workers comp experience and be able to work well under pressure.
Pay Rate:
Up to $15.00 per hour depending on experience
POSITION:
Medical Records Clerk
DESCRIPTION:
Are you looking for a Medical Records position close to home? A facility in Santa Ana is seeking a professional Medical Records with experience in processing release of information for medical facilities. Responsibilities will include maintaining files, archiving files, researching files for various departments, taking incoming records request, responding to subpoenas, logging records as sent to various departments, and contacting departments for missing documents. Also, individual will be working under various deadlines to obtain records, prioritizing requests, scanning and indexing files and assisting Manager with other requests. Must have over one year experience in Medical Records, a knowledge of work and excel and excellent communication and follow up skills.
Pay Rate:
Up to $14.00 per hour depending on experience
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
