Customer Service/Inside Sales Technician

With 3 brands (Bruck, Wila and Molto Luce) specializing in healthcare, commercial, residential, hospitality and retail applications, we are growing significantly and therefore seeking the right candidate for our Customer Service/Inside Sales position to add to our team. We are located in Tustin, CA in Orange County.

Job Description:
As a Customer Service/Inside Sales technician, you will be developing new and nurturing long time relationships with our territory Rep Agencies, specifiers and customers. The job entails order entry from simple to very complex orders of lighting fixtures from 3 brands. You will report directly to the National Accounts/Inside Sales Manager. Salary is commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
Desired Skill and
Experience:
Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a technical support position
Problem solving, quick thinking and intricate order entry for technical customer base
Familiar with electrical and/or lighting is a plus
Basic computer skills and propensity to learn NetSuite for quotes and orders
Desire to learn and understand technical products
