adversity.
Agents are assigned a territory ( agency ) with established book of in force business. Day to Day activities include:
Conducting interviews, recommending products, closing sales, and using our Family Security Selling System.
Continuously prospecting for sales opportunities.
Collecting premiums from policyholders, based on pre-arranged schedule.
Resonding promptly to poicyholders service request such as beneficiary changes, claims, loans, etc.
Keeping records, accounting for money collected and processing paperwork.
Expectations:
Our agents are expected to:
Increase the agency size each year
Build good working relationships with customers
Devote whatever time is necessary to fullfill the resposibililies of the position
Commit to ongoing development of knowledge and skills.
Compensation:
Unlimited income potential
Performanced based incentive bonus programs
Base Pay plus commission
Benefits : Major Medical and Dental, Life Insurance, 401K, Education reimbursement.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
