Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, scanning, mail sorting or similar activities.
May perform one or more of the following duties: Performs data entry of material from source documents to a computer database.
Open, date-stamp, and sort all incoming mail as well as packages for staff members.
Copy, scan, fax, documents as requested, handling rush requests promptly, logging incoming payments. Ensures accuracy and completeness data. Excellent reading comprehension skills and strong follow through Prepare outgoing mail daily applying correct postage on all outgoing mail Inventory and order office supplies weekly.
Assist Manager with various other duties and projects as required.
Lift and move items up 10lbs+
Minimum
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED, and at least 2 years of experience in a professional office setting with imaging and scanning experience. Must be familiar with office/mail room equipment: copier/scanner/fax, postage meters, etc.

Customer service orientation, with polished and professional appearance Friendly, outgoing disposition Organizational skills with ability to multi-task Computer skills, learning new software quickly Can-do attitude and team spirit
