Santa Ana, CA Position Type:
Contract to Hire As our client expands commercialization of the CardioCare software application, we are looking to add a Senior Information Security Administrator.
This is a hands-on technical role.
The successful candidate will not only be familiar with information security concepts in the abstract but also will be able to manage the technical implementation of these concepts.
In addition, this person will be responsible for the day to day operational monitoring and issue investigation required to maintain compliance with the highest standards of security.
In summary, responsibilities include:
Hands on ability to configure security aspects of cloud infrastructure Development of custom dashboards to monitor system performance Investigate system issues and alerts Manage compliance with information security processes including mandatory quarterly security reviews Managing security review process required by all new hospital customers Development of custom SQL queries to troubleshoot issues and monitor field performance Hands-on support of technical aspects of implementation of Single Sign On with hospital customer Hands on support of the technical aspect of establishing a data connection with our customer hospitals Ability to contribute an information security perspective to architectural design discussion Serve as a credible liaison to the corporate information security group Manage reviews and audits by outside security vendors (including HITRUST audits) Skills:

Qualifications:
Reliable self-starter capable of working with a high degree of autonomy Great communicator 5
years in information security 2
years experience in SQL 2
years experience in cloud hosting (preferably Azure, but AWS 2
acceptable) years experience in PowerShell 1
years experience with Active Directory years experience with Azure 1
DevOps (formerly VSTS) Meaningful experience with Logs and Metrics services (Sumo Logic, Application Insights) to diagnose and troubleshoot security related alerts Other Beneficial
Qualifications:
Demonstrated passion for security, ideally through certifications such as CompTIA Security
Experience with HIPAA and HITRUST compliance Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 1
years experience with Visual Studio and it's use in automated build 1
environments Experience with Git in a team development environment Experience working in an Agile development environment Experience working in a continuous integration environment Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail Manages multiple tasks through effective prioritization Intellectually curious and creative thinker Must have a B.
