Qualifications:
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level NH-02. Specialized experience is defined as:
Experience leading/advising a group of individuals performing quality assurance duties to include:
statistical analysis, control and sampling in order to evaluate contractor data, risk assessments and determine contractor compliance as well as experience performing investigations of defective material and initiating process improvements Education cannot be substituted for experience. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

You will be considered for a Temporary Promotion opportunity. A temporary promotion may be made or extended up to a maximum of five years. A temporary promotion may be made permanent without further competition. If you are a current permanent DCMA Employee employed at a the same GS grade or higher:
You will be considered for a Detail opportunity. A detail may be made and/or extended in 120 day increments. A detail may be made permanent without further competition.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
