Loan Servicing Assistant
Assists Loan Specialists involved in servicing or liquidating a full range of disaster business and home loans. Responds to borrowers, guarantors and 3rd party phone calls for general/loan information and processes loan payments via pay.gov. Input all conversations with borrowers/guarantors in various databases. Responds to written requests from banks and borrowers and other financial institutions. GS-07:
One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector:
experience with residential and commercial loan programs and their collateral requirements; financial analysis of both personal and business documents to determine eligibility; analyze economic conditions and trends to enable proper collection and liquidation recommendations. These qualifications must be clearly referenced in your resume.
