Materials Management Specialist at Integrity Consulting Santa Ana, CA 92705
Job opening in Santa Ana- onsite one day out of the week (4 days remote) until COVID restrictions are lifted.
Looking for a Materials Management Specialist to join the Purchasing/Procurement team, in support of facilitating the process of sourcing raw materials and associated suppliers.
This person will coordinate approvals for raw material specifications and ensure specifications are continually met through the process into release.
The specialist will support Materials Management in coordinating between MM team and Purchasing team, following up on shipments, resolving issues with missing documents, updating records in the ERP system, and providing MM metrics & reports.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum amount of 3 years' experience in Purchasing/Procurement and ERP systems including Inventory Management.
Experience working in a LEAN manufacturing environment adhering to cGMP standards and knowledge of federal regulations including ISO & FDA would be a huge plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
